This document provides information about the items that must be accomplished before your institution can participate in the MISO survey.
Critical first steps [details]
- Submit Information Sharing Agreement (due November 14, 2008)
- Obtain Institutional Review Board approval (due December 15, 2008)
Planning for the survey [details]
- Decide upon customized, optional, & local questions (due December 1, 2008)
- Inform your MISO Survey Team liaison about the start date for your Spring semester (due December 1, 2008)
- Draft campus messages (due January 2, 2009)
Technical preparations [details]
- Submit email lists (due the first Friday of your institution's Spring semester)
- Complete spam preparations (due during the third week of your institution’s Spring semester)
During the survey [details]
- Count dead email addresses (due March 6, 2009)
After the survey [details]
- Provide feedback about survey instrument and administration process (due Spring 2009; deadline tbd)
